Learner Voice

We at All Saints highly value the views and opinions of our young people.  To ensure that each learner in the school has the opportunity to have their say about how the school is run, what is going on in the school, make suggestions as to how we can improve our school and make changes that benefit us all, we have a dedicated team of staff and pupil Class Representatives who form the Learner Voice Committee.

Within tutor classes each learner in All Saints is given the opportunity to discuss and express their views on Themes directly related to the School Improvement Plan or local/national Initiatives.  There is also time dedicated for learners to express any general concern or suggestion.  Class representatives are then responsible for bringing these comments forward to The Learner Voice Committee meetings which run monthly.

Being a Class Rep and a member of the Learner Voice Committee is a fantastic opportunity for learners to:

  • Help improve communication, organisation and presentation skills

  • Make a positive contribution to school life in All Saints Secondary

  • Improve his/her skills and employability

  • Gain committee experience

  • Be part of a team.
